Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 scallion minced
  • 1 shiitake mushroom minced
  • 2 Tablespoon spinach minced
  • 1 Tablespoon carrot minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cerely minced
  • 1 egg
  • 8 Tablespoon panko
  • 3 Tablespoon Spelt Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2/1 salt
  • pepper

Korean BBQ sauce

  • 2 Tablespoon white wine Rice wine
  • 2 Tablespoon mirin
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 3-4 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
  • 100 ml dashi stock or non-salted vegetable stock /water

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Garnish option
  • Scallon pepper, sesame seed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degree celsius)
  • Add all ingredients of meat ball and knead to combine well
  • Shape into small meatballs 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
  • Place on baking pans and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.

Sauce

  • Add all sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to boil.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup of cold water and add to sauce. Stir constantly to allow the sauce to thicken.
