Ingredients
  

  • lb 150g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 potato cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 onion cut into wedges
  • 1 carrot option cut into bite sized pieces
  • Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1-2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sake You can use white wine
  • Vegetable oil
  • Scallion minced for garnish option

Instructions
 

  • Cut beef (thinly sliced), potato, (bite sized pieces) onion(cut into wedges) and carrot(bite sized pieces) before cooking.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. saute the beef in the oil and add sugar, soy sauce and sake.
  • Add onion, potato, carrot. Cover rid and simmer for 20 minutes with medium heat. Please stir from the bottom sometimes.
