Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
[A]
- 1 garlic grated
- 2 Tablespoon rice wine white wine
- Salt & Pepper
[B]
- 2-3 Tablespoon gochujang
- 3 Tablespoon ketchup
- 2-3 Tablespoon sugar *
- 2 Tablespoon Mirin **
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
- 4 Tablespoon water
- 1 Tablespoon sesame
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
[Other]
- Canora oil
- Corn Starch
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-size
- Mix all Ingredients [A].
- Add chicken and Ingredients [A] in to zipper bag.
- Leave in fridge about 30 minutes
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 410 degrees F (210-220 degree C).
- Coat each chickens with corn starch .
- Place a baking sheet on a baking pan, place them.
- Brush the top slice of chicken of the oil. I used canola oil.
- bake them about 15 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
- Mix all ingredients [b] in the pan and heat.
- After boiled, Toss the oven fried chicken with the sauce and serve immediately.
